Everything coming from this process is then collected, put on paper and later converted into knit and woven fabric.

Product Creation

We create new items all the time, not only for the seasonal collections but identifying the new aspects and features and realizing what fashion requests in knit and woven fabric 365 days a year.

Weaving

Weaving is the first step for our ideas to begin their transformation into fabrics. Our machines grant us high flexibility and the chance to vary between thick and thin stitches. The constant dialogue between the Design and the Product Departments allows us to adapt and modify the concept underway, to fit the features required by the weaving production.

Dyeing and Finishing

This is when the raw fabrics come to life. The Design and Product Departments continue to work closely together. The preparation for the dyeing process, the dyeing phase itself, and the finishing will give the fabric the final features. All these steps are personally supervised by our staff members to ensure the product quality and to ideally accompany the birth of the final fabric and shape it into the initial idea developed in the research phase.

Warehouse

This phase is a further step to ensure the quality of the products. Once finished, all fabrics are taken back to the company headquarters to get checked by our staff and get prepared for shipment.
